New Zealand Wine Boutique (NZWB) welcomes international customer, however please carefully check below terms and conditions before you place an order. 

Any additional customs clearance, local taxes, duties will be payable by customers. NZWB is shipping with shipping intercom - DAP (Deliver At Place) has no control nor have obligation to check these costs and not able to advise on the amount.

Ensure to check the import regulations, local taxes and duties before you place an order. NZWB is not responsible to check regulations for customers, although we may assist preparing the documents when requested where we can. This is because customs policies vary according to the destination, and it is customers obligation to check with the local customs prior to order wines. We strongly recommend you to seek an advise from local custom brokers or with the carrier - DHL prior to place an order, if it is your first time purchasing wines from New Zealand or NZWB.

Failure of complying import documents may result destruction or return of your wines. The refund will not be made for the failure of complying required documents, paying local taxes and duties, or any causes that has happened at customer’s border. 

f the goods ordered are to be shipped outside of Italy, the recipient may be liable for import duties and taxes, payable once the package reaches its destination.

Any additional customs clearance costs will be payable by the recipient. We have no control over these costs and cannot advise on their amount.

Customs policies vary considerably from country to country and you should therefore contact your local customs office for more information. Please also note that when placing orders on the site, you are deemed to be an importer and are therefore required to comply with all laws and regulations of the country where you will receive the goods.
