The flavours mirror the aromas with bright fruit, a savoury edge and delicious floral notes. Immediately fresh, the silky textured palate builds in the mouth and crescendos with a memorable, lingering finish. Winemaking Notes:¬†Harvested on 9th and 17th April 2020. 22% whole bunch fruit, fermented in 29% new oak for 11 months. Unfined, unfiltered. 8184 bottles total production.
