The Rohe Rapaura Sauvignon Blanc has vibrant aromas of ripe passionfruit and blackcurrant which follow through to the palate. These intense fruit characters are laced with a vein of gooseberry and herb. This wine is
immediately appealing but will continue to evolve over the next three years.
SUBREGION - DILLIONS POINT
Rapaura is one of the oldest and most recognised subregions of Marlborough. The soils are very young, alluvial, Wairau silts, layered over braids of gravel. The sub-region borders the Wairau River and is renowned for producing ripe, aromatic Sauvignon Blanc.
