Deep ruby. Bright and pure stone fruits of doris plums and dark cherries with floral tones of violets and old fashioned rose petals. In the background, savoury elements, brambles and subtle char add complexity. Plush, juicy fruit flavours upfront lead into a fine boned tannin profile and gentle acidity.

BRAND INFORMATION
Dog Point Vineyard is located at the confluence of the Brancott and Omaka Valleys in Marlborough, New ZealandÕs premium wine growing region and is one of the oldest privately established vineyards in the region. They produce four wines including a sauvignon blanc typical of the Marlborough style, a sauvignon blanc aged and fermented in older French oak barrels (Section 94), a chardonnay and a pinot noir. With a hands off approach to winemaking, all fruit is from hand-picked, low cropped vines grown in New Zealand's largest Biogro certified organic vineyard. Wines are vegan, vegetarian and gluten free reflecting our low interventionist ethos. Our primary focus is producing wines of uncompromising quality that will cellar well.
