Organically farmed, hand harvested, all destemmed, wild fermented with no adjustments, alterations or additions of any sort, then basket-pressed into French oak barriques (0% new) for 16 months. Bottled unfiltered, unfined (vegan), with just 15 mg/L sulphites added at bottling.
Just 20 barrels produced.
As with every vintage, Northburn always reveals itself as the more savoury, more rustic of the two (the other being Pisa Terrace).
